Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes when plan purchases, renewals, and one-time credit packs may be refunded for TopCharacters services.

1. Initial plan purchases
You may request a refund within 7 days of an initial monthly or annual plan purchase if promotional work has not started and your placement has not been activated, scheduled, or materially fulfilled.
2. Renewals
Recurring renewals are generally non-refundable once billed. To avoid future charges, cancel before the next renewal date.
3. Credits
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been added, allocated, or used toward promotional visibility. Unused credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if requested promptly after purchase.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
