Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to TopCharacters and the digital promotional services we provide, including directory listings, recurring placement plans, and one-time credit packs.

1. Services
TopCharacters operates an online directory for AI products. We sell digital promotional services that may include directory placement, homepage exposure, recurring visibility boosts, editorial updates, and one-time promotional credit packs.
2. Orders, billing, and renewals
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. One-time credit purchases do not renew. You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and authorize us to charge the selected plan or purchase amount.
3. Submission standards
You must have the right to submit any logo, copy, screenshots, links, or other materials you provide to us. We may reject, pause, or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or not a fit for the directory.
4. Credits and promotional boosts
Credits are digital promotional units that may be applied to additional placement boosts inside the directory. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used within our service.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a recurring plan before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We provide the service on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee traffic, conversion, ranking position, or commercial results from any placement or promotional boost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.
